She holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration.

Dr. Torres has successfully led and supported organizations in enhancing performance, strengthening leadership teams, and implementing systems that drive measurable results. She is known for her ability to pair executive-level strategy with hands-on operational execution—ensuring initiatives are not only designed, but effectively implemented.
